We recommend booking at least 45 days before departure for international tours (to allow visa processing) and 15–20 days for domestic tours. Indochina Charm also offers Last Minute Deals when seats remain close to departure.

After we receive your cancellation request, Indochina Charm confirms within 24 business hours. Cancellation fees follow our policy based on timing before departure (see Terms of Service). Refunds return to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Yes. Children under 5 (sharing a bed with parents) are often free or 50% off depending on the program. Ages 5–11 typically receive 10–25% off the adult price. Exact discounts are shown on each itinerary when you book.

Indochina Charm supports visa processing tied to tour bookings (group or individual visas on a tour reservation). We do not offer standalone visa services separate from a tour. Contact our visa team for advice on documents for your destination.
