Check in Hawaii: Stairway to the Heaven

$1000 trespassing fines, security guards, broken handrails.. just some of the risks you might encounter on your trip to the top of Oahu via the 'Haiku Stairs' aka 'The Stairway to Heaven.' Those who know me, know that risks like these only increase my motivation to accomplish something. As a kid, my friends and I would constantly sneak into places we weren't supposed to be.. (skateboarding inside our middle-school comes to mind).. so this "security guard" and 'fence climbing' stuff made me that much more excited to take on this challenge.

Check in Hawaii: Stairway to the Heaven

Admire the "Stairway to Heaven", although prohibited, but still many tourists hunt in Hawaii, USA

Stairway to Heaven' Is Real, But Will It Be Closing Soon?

Haiku Staircase is located on Oahu Island, Hawaii, USA. This stair is steep and about 3922 steps long. It is known that this is not the most dangerous climbing route on Oahu Island in Hawaii, but it is an ideal place for you to zoom in on the majestic natural scenery.

Adrian Rose: Stairway to Heaven (Haiku Stairs) Back Way

Although the staircase was built in 1943 during World War II, until 1987, this staircase was still prohibited to the public. In 2003, the city government once renovated the Haiku stairs and planned to use it as a climbing point. Later, this plan was canceled. So "Stairway to Heaven" is still closed, but that does not stop a large number of tourists and locals from here trying to be brave.
