"Bun cha is the pride of Hanoi's cuisine. No local or tourist can resist the scent of grilled pork rolls when passing the street food stalls", Mr. Gareth Ward, British Ambassador to Vietnam, introduced in the book. He added that bun cha is best enjoyed on the sidewalk. At his home, he also regularly invites guests to bun cha when having events to "bring a comfortable atmosphere as well as a typical Hanoi cuisine flavor".
The book is currently on sale on the Amazon platform with a promotional price of £ 24.45. All profits from the book sale will be used to support two charities, the Commonwealth Trust of Queen Elizabeth II and the Charity of the Prince of Wales, Prince Charles.
