Hue - Danang - Hoi An Culinary Package

Arrival at Phu Bai Airport, pick up and drive to your hotel for checking in. Free at your own leisure.

We will visit Dong Ba Market in early morning. This is the biggest whole sales market in Hue for food, vegetable, herb, spices and fruit. In the morning, everything is so fresh and this is best time and best way to experiences and learn about the food and daily life activities in Hue. Back to the hotel for breakfast then take a cyclo trip from your hotel over famous Trang Tien bridge and Dong Ba market. The cyclo will take you around the ancient citadel of Hue, getting over the streets, local shops for the over view of daily life and architecture of this famous citadel. The cyclo will take you to Y Thao Restaurant to participate to one of the best Hue cooking classes.

Go to market for cooking material, with the company of learner(s)

09h00-09h30: Hue Drinking and Eating Art introduction. Food to be practiced introduction. Cooking material preparation.

09h30-11h30: Learn how to cook and practice the Hue spring roll, Vietnamese pancake, Grilled beef and banana flower salad

11h30 – 12h30: Enjoy food self-prepared and by the restaurant

Afternoon, take the visit to the Imperial Citadel to discover beautiful and impressive architecture of this unique construction in Hue as well as the story of the King there.

In the evening, you will experience the dinner in royal style in the local restaurant of all typical kind of Hue dishes that served to Vietnamese King before and have a chance to wear Royal costumes as well. Back to your hotel for overnight.

After breakfast, have a boat trip on Huong river to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Having lunch with famous dishes such as:  Bún bò Huế (Hue beef noodle soup), Spring rolls, Bánh ướt thịt nướng (Rolled cake with grilled pork), etc.

Then, we transfer to Danang via Hai Van Pass. Upon arrival, we visit Son Tra Peninsula with Linh Ung pagoda (Quan Yin). Free to relax at My Khe beach – one of the most beautiful beach in Vietnam. Dinner at Ngon Villa Danang restaurant. Overnight in Danang.

After breakfast, pick up from hotel, transfer to boarding the boat and travelling to Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village. While the boat cruises along the river, observing beautiful Hoi An rural lives with water coconut forest in the background. After that, transfer from the main boat to the bamboo basket boat and slowly rowing to the village and enjoy interesting show. Having an opportunity to learn how to row this unique bamboo basket boat and making an art out of coconut leaves. Lunch at a local restaurant with Hoi An famous dish – Cao Lầu noodles.

Afternoon, transfer to Hoi An. Take a walk to ancient town for sightseeing as well as experiencing a short Hoi An street food tour. Visit Phuc Kien congressional assembly hall, Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky ancient house. Then we try Hoi An famous sandwiches & coffe at Tra Chieu.  you have free time for discovering the town on your own or shopping in night market. Overnight in Hoi An.

Morning is free at leisure until the departure time to the airport for the flight home. End of services.
