Please read these conditions carefully as they set out the basis upon which Indochinacharmtour website (“Indochina Charm Tours”, “we”, “us”, “our”) will accept all bookings. Indochina Charm Tours is full licensed tour Operator. We reserve the right to amend our Booking Conditions.
We may charge a fee for making a booking on your behalf for particular services such as air tickets booking, Visa Approval Letter. We reserve the right to charge a 3.85% administrative, non-refundable fee for payments made by credit card.
All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (US$) and based on transport prices (including the cost of fuel), fuels, taxes or fees chargeable at airports and ports, accommodation costs, sightseeing fees with current exchange rates and appropriate at the time of publication.
If any of these vary, tour price may increase or decrease accordingly.
Any such increase/decrease must be paid by or refunded to Customers.
Deposit: Customers are requested to make a non–refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost per any travel service purchasing upon the booking.
Full payment:
+ Customers are requested to settle the balance of payment at least 30 days prior to Customers’ arrival date.
+ All the payments should be made by Paypal, OnePay (we will send Paypal request) or Bank transfer to appreciated account.

When you use the OnePAY Services, we collect the following information:
- IP address
- Billing address register with your issuer bank.
- Bank account numbers, credit card numbers and other when you do a transaction.
- Your information from third parties such as bank, credit bureaus and identity verification services
- From Cookie
OnePAY do not store at Vietnam all information concerning about international card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB). This information is stored and protected by MasterCard following PCI Security Standard.
Booking with us means you will accept to make the payment through Onepay gateway on our behalf.

+ Indochina Charm Tour reserves the right not to be responsible for any transfer fees which may have during the transaction due to different bank policy or intermediate bank involvement.
Indochina Charm Tours excludes all liability to any traveler (including for negligence, breach of contract or tort) and for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that arises directly or indirectly from the offer or supply of products or services through Indochina Charm Tours. In circumstance where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. Indochina Charm Tours does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of revenue).
Travel documents will be issued after final payment has been received and are normally sent two weeks prior to departure. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport holder and some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents prior to travel.
A. By Customers :
Customers have the right to cancel the tours or any travel service reservation with Indochina Charm Tour, then the effective dates of the cancellation will be the dates when Indochina Charm tour receives the written notification from Customers.
The cancellation charge to Customers is listed as following detail:
30 days prior to using the service, cancellation fee is 30% of the total booking cost. (deposited)
Between 30 and 15 days prior to using the service, cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking cost.
Less than 15 days prior to using the service, cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking cost.
Different fees may apply to airlines tickets depending on the carrier being used.
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
B. By Indochina Charm Tour:
For Customers’ safety, Indochina Charm Tour has the right to cancel the tours or any travel service at any time prior to Customers’ arrival due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events which is not viable for us to operate.
Customer shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the tour.
One free amendment is allowed if made 30 days prior to scheduled date of departure. Additional amendment charges may be charged by any suppliers such as airlines, hotels or other tour operators. Many suppliers deem a name change to constitute a cancellation, rather than an amendment and cancellation fees will apply in this instance.
Baggage, accident, medical, trip cancellation/interruption insurance highly recommended to obtain before your departure. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance before departure.
Visas, including transit visas, are the passengers own responsibility. Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are travelling to. You need to ensure that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of your departure.
