Early morning, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. Fresh start for your Hanoi food tour by having Pho (beef noodles soup) at Bat Dan Street – famous typical Northern Vietnam Pho. In that pho local traditional restaurant, people should wait in line and pay and get their own bowl of Pho. After that Pho breakfast, we can visit nearby Lo Banh pho Ba Ngoan (noodle factory – Mrs. Ngoan) to see the process of noodle making (no additives).
Next, we transfer by bus to visit Temple Of Literature, Tran Quoc Pagoda and West Lake.
Now is the time to discover the local people life by taking a cyclo trip through Hanoi Old Quarters & Hoan Kiem lake then stop to have a cup of egg coffee in the most famous coffee shop in Hanoi – Giang coffee. Dinner in a local restaurant with Hanoi with Chả cá Lã Vọng (the most famous and authentic local food in Hanoi serving rice noodle with grilled fish on the charcoal kitchen). Overnight in Hanoi.

Having breakfast at your hotel then we transfer to Ha Dong town. Upon arrive Ha Dong, stop over for visit Van Phuc silk village one of hand made famous silk village in Hanoi. Where you have chance to learn about skillful of Vietnam Traditional Silk.
After that, drive to Tay Phuong Pagoda - one of beautiful pagoda in Hanoi, It was build in 8th century within unique architecture. After Tay Phuong Pagoda, we keep going to Duong Lam ancient village - the place so called “Hoi An of the Red River Delta” as still preserve many hundred-year-old houses. Upon arrive Duong Lam, visit Mong Phu communal house and Mia pagoda (means - Mother god of sugar cane), then getting around village to visit some vintage local house - Unesco heritage sites such as historical vestiges: Giang Van Minh worship house, King's Ngo Quyen temple and King's Phung Hung temple, holy milking well. Have lunch with local food in traditional family.
Back to Hanoi for buffet dinner at Sen Tay Ho restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

08h00, we depart for Halong Bay. The 3.5 hours journey takes us through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Wharf, transfer by tender to our overnight cruise.
12h00 – 12h15: Embark at Hon Gai International harbor.
12h30 – 13h00: Embark on the boat. Enjoy welcome drink as Cruise Manager gives you a brief overview of the itinerary and important safety guideline. Check in your cabin.
13h30 – 14h30: Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; Start sailing among famous Islets of Bai Tu Long Bay, the wildest beauty with the panoramic natural views.
15h00 – 16h30: Visit and explore the well-hidden Co Cave (known as Thien Canh Son Cave) where you can hiking to the middle of the mountain to see the wild and mysterious beautiful cave, contemplate numerous sparkling stalactites appear like 'hanging lamps’ inside the Cave. (No swimming).
Return to the boat for relaxing.
17h45 – 19h00: Attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking (spring roll).
19h00 – 21h00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. You can enjoy the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21h00 – 22h00: Enjoy evening activities (Squid Fishing, Movie Night, Board Games, Massage & Spa services) or relax at the leisure.

06h30 – 07h00: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
07h00 – 07h30: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast with cookies and tea, café in the restaurant.
07h30 – 08h30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village - the famous fishing farm by bamboo boat and discover life of local people living on the surface of Halong Bay. (No swimming).
08h30 – 9h30: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin.
09h30 – 10h40: Enjoy the brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to harbor.
Along the drive back to Hanoi, visit Tho Ha village, a traditional village of terracotta products dating before the 20th century. Explore the village’s narrow and zigzagged alleys, and old houses constructed from broken pieces of old terracotta. Learn the ancient art of rice paper making in local people house and visit a 500 year old pagoda as we stroll past friendly villagers, a cemetery and a view of the village over a beautiful lake.
Drive back to Hanoi for your domestic flight to Danang. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Danang. Overnight in Danang.

After breakfast, pick up from hotel, transfer to boarding the boat and travelling to Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village. While the boat cruises along the river, observing beautiful Hoi An rural lives with water coconut forest in the background. After that, transfer from the main boat to the bamboo basket boat and slowly rowing to the village and enjoy interesting show. Having an opportunity to learn how to row this unique bamboo basket boat and making an art out of coconut leaves. Lunch at a local restaurant with Hoi An famous dish – Cao Lầu noodles
Afternoon, transfer to Hoi An. Take a walk to ancient town for sightseeing as well as experiencing a short Hoi An street food tour. Visit Phuc Kien congressional assembly hall, Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky ancient house. Then we try Hoi An famous sandwiches – Bánh mỳ Phượng and Hoi An herbal tea – Nước Mót. you have free time for discovering the town on your own or shopping in night market. Overnight in Hoi An.

Hoi An Cooking Class at Red Bridge Cooking School:
We start the day (8.15am) with a drink at Hai Scout Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town
Visit Hoi An’s colourful main market, and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking
School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese
food carving (plate decoration).
After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

Finish at approximately 1pm – transfer back to central Hoi An.
Afternoon, transfer back to Danang. On the way, we stop at Marble Mountain where we can learn about its significants. Freetime to shop in Con market. It’s a local market which is different from Han market. In Con Market, we see the liveliest part of the day. Dinner in My Quang Ech - Bep Trang restaurant. Here you can try the best Mỳ Quảng & Boiled pork belly rolls with herbs (Bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo).

Morning transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Saigon. Upon arrival take tour to Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post office, City Hall & the Opera House. Lunch at a local restaurants.
Afternoon we will take you to visit Cho Lon – the biggest whole sales market in Saigon then visit Thien Hau Pagoda – where you can see hundred of local people come to worship for their Health, Luck and Happiness. Enjoy the authentic Vietnamese coffee in the typical street of Saigon – where the famous French Movie “The Lover” had been filmed.

Early breakfast at the hotel then start Cooking Class with the instruction of local chef. In a warm atmosphere, participants cook all together following step by step our Chef and everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of Vietnamese cooking techniques. Afternoon take a tour to discover Saigon, the dynamic and bustling city so called “The Pearl of Far East”. Visit War Museum, Reunification Palace. Freetime to shop in Ben Thanh market. Dinner on Saigon cruise with music performance. Overnight in Saigon.
