It has been a few months, the conditions are ripe enough to be true. The travel bubble is present. The two sides need to be very vigilant for the next month to be able to launch the first flight smoothly.
The Singapore-Hong Kong Tourism Bubble Plan is slated to begin in November 2020, but has been delayed due to an increase in the number of cases in Hong Kong.
