According to statistics of the Department of Tourism of Kien Giang, from January 29 (January 27) to February 4 (the 4th of Tet), the total number of visitors to Kien Giang is 82,000. In which, Phu Quoc city welcomed about 66,990 arrivals, including 2,727 international visitors. From January 27 to 31, the island city has more than 40 flights per day, from 1 to 3 February about 60 flights per day, on the 4th, more than 50 flights. In addition, tourists also go by sea.

A representative of the island tour company Plan To Travel said that from February 2 to 4, the number of tour bookings per day is 300 people. It is expected that by the end of the 7th Lunar New Year, the company will welcome nearly 2,500 visitors. VinWonders-themed amusement park, coral park, night market, Grand World walking street... are also favorite attractions of tourists.
