In Asia, Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia (only the island of Bali), Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia welcome international guests, exempt from isolation.
Malaysia has not yet opened, but international visitors can visit Langkawi under the tourist bubble program and must buy tours from companies licensed by the government.
India exempts quarantine for international visitors who have had enough vaccines, only requiring self-monitoring for 14 days after entry. You need to upload to the Air Suvidha website the results of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of entry; vaccination certificate. 2% of passengers on commercial flights will be randomly tested at the airport.
Maldives welcomes guests from most countries in the world, including Vietnam. Visitors are not required to be in quarantine, but must have a negative PCR test result within 96 hours before entry, and make a medical declaration on the Maldives Immigration IMUGA immigration website. Visa for 30 days is granted at the border for free.
Nepal waives isolation for guests who have received two doses of the vaccine and have a negative PCR test result within 72 hours before entry. Guests who have not had enough injections and have negative results need to do more tests at the airport upon entry, and are isolated for 5 days in a hotel.
Pakistan exempts isolation and PCR testing for international visitors with two injections.
Sri Lanka is open to all international tourists. Guests who have received two full doses of the Covid-19 vaccine do not need to be tested before entering the country. Guests who have not had enough vaccinations or have had Covid-19 for more than six months need to present a negative PCR result within 72 hours or a rapid test within 48 hours before entry.
In UAE, international visitors to Dubai must present a certificate of vaccination, a negative PCR test result within 72 hours or a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 within one month before entry. Travelers with two injections to fly to Abu Dhabi do not need to be tested before departure, and receive a free PCR test upon arrival. International visitors to the UK do not need to be tested before entering the country. Unvaccinated guests need to be tested before departure, and PCR test within two days of entry and do not need to be quarantined if negative. Guests also need to fill out a locator form with information such as vaccination history, travel and contact information. Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory.
Austria requires all visitors to enter the country to present a certificate of complete vaccination (at least two shots) or a certificate of recovery; or negative result if PCR test in 72 hours or rapid test in 24 hours. Restaurants, bars, museums, theaters and ski lifts only accept certificates of vaccination or recovery from illness.
Belgium requires visitors to have a negative result if they have a PCR test in 72 hours or a rapid test in 24 hours, a certificate of vaccination or recovery, and must declare the places they have visited within six months. If you stay here for less than 48 hours, you do not need to declare. The regulation of wearing masks is not mandatory outdoors, but is still in effect in enclosed spaces and public transport.
Bosnia & Herzegovina is open to visitors with a negative PCR result 48 hours before entry, or a vaccine certificate. Most restaurants, cafes, grocery stores... have opened their doors. Everyone needs to wear masks in indoor and outdoor spaces, along with public transport.
Poland requires travelers from outside the Schengen Area to present a certificate of vaccination and a negative PCR or rapid test for Covid-19 within 24 hours prior to entry.
Visitors to Croatia need proof of booking or payment from the property. Attached is the certificate of vaccination; or negative Covid-19 test results within 72 hours before entry; or or certified to be cured and get a shot of the vaccine.
Cyprus abolishes pre-entry testing for guests who have been vaccinated. However, all travelers 12 years of age and older must have a PCR test at the airport, at their own expense between 15 and 19 euros. Guests self-quarantine at the hotel for three hours to wait for the results. Travelers who have not had a booster shot may be required to take a quick test within 72 hours of entry, free of charge for those who can present their boarding pass.
Germany requires international visitors to fill out a digital application, and to have a certificate of full vaccinations or a negative Covid-19 test result.
In addition to the vaccination certificate, travelers to Albania, Bulgaria, Denmark only need to provide a negative PCR test result, which is valid within 72 hours.
Greece, Ireland, Lithuania do not require guests to undergo PCR testing before entry, if they have had enough injections. Public and tourist places are open but capacity is limited. Passengers are required to wear masks on public transport.
The Netherlands does not require quarantine or negative results for travelers from safe countries in the EU, Asia or Oceania. However, every passenger needs a digital vaccine certificate.
Italy requires visitors to present one of three documents: a certificate of two vaccinations; or has been cured; or negative test result within 72 hours. The Vatican is also open to tourists who have been vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19.
Iceland lifts all restrictions. Any visitor can enter, regardless of vaccination status, without a Covid-19 test or certificate.
Monaco requires guests to self-isolate for 14 days if they cannot provide a negative PCR result 72 hours prior to entry.
France has dropped the requirement to present a Covid-19 negative certificate for tourists who have had enough vaccines since February. Vietnam is on the list of green zones. From February 28, visitors are also not required to wear masks when entering restaurants, cafes or indoor spaces.
Visitors to Finland from non-EU and Schengen countries must present a certificate of vaccine or Covid-19 recovery within six months.
Spain does not require international visitors to have had enough Covid-19 tests. However, the country does not accept the certificate of the last dose of the vaccine more than 270 days before February 1.
